Diamond jewellery manufacturing involves designing, selecting stones, cutting, polishing, setting in metal, quality checking, and finishing to create elegant pieces.

Step - 01

Design and CAD

Our designers craft the concept and convert it into a precise 3D CAD model. This digital blueprint defines measurements, stone placement, and structure, ensuring the final jewellery piece is visually perfect, structurally strong, and ready for production without errors.

Step - 02

Casting

The prepared mould is filled with molten metal to create the jewellery’s base structure. Once cooled, the raw casting is removed, carrying sprues and a rough surface that will be refined in later stages to achieve perfect form and durability.

Step - 03

Filing

Artisans manually file the cast piece to remove sprues, seams, and surface imperfections. This step defines the jewellery’s shape, smooths edges, and prepares the structure for further refinement, ensuring every contour aligns with the original design.

Step - 04

Pre-Polishing

The jewellery undergoes an initial polishing process to smoothen surfaces before stone setting. Pre-polishing enhances metal clarity, removes fine marks, and ensures each section is accessible for clean stone placement, laying the foundation for a flawless finished look.

Step - 05

Setting

Skilled setters carefully secure each lab-grown diamond using prongs, bezels, or pavé techniques. Precision is essential to maintain symmetry, durability, and shine. This step ensures the diamonds sit perfectly, enhancing brilliance and overall aesthetics of the jewellery piece.

Step - 06

Final Polishing

After stones are set, the piece receives its final polish using advanced tools and compounds. This process brings out a mirror-like shine, refines every detail, and ensures the jewellery achieves its signature brilliance and premium finish.

Step - 07

Quality Check (QC)

Every piece passes through rigorous quality checks to examine stone security, finishing, symmetry, and overall craftsmanship. Any imperfections are corrected before approval, ensuring the jewellery meets international standards and delivers exceptional beauty and durability.

Step - 08

Ready to Move

Once approved, the jewellery is cleaned, packed, and prepared for shipment. Each piece is securely packaged to maintain its shine and safety during transit, ensuring it reaches clients in perfect, ready-to-wear condition.
